2024 Bavaria C46

For several years now, the German production yard Bavaria Yachtbau has been developing the new Cruiser series. Following the flagship Bavaria C57 and the entry-level model Bavaria C38, the yard’s in-house designer Maurizio Cossutti filled the gap in 2023 with the Bavaria C46. A comfortable yacht with a newly developed, elegant profile: Modern hull with broad stern, chines and vertical stem, an angular coachroof with distinctive window bands, a wide, comfortable cockpit and a large folding swim platform. Access to halyards, sheets and control lines from the winch consoles in front of the twin helm stations, a self-tacking jib and the option to equip the Bavaria C46 with bow and stern thrusters as well as electric winches make handling easy and safe – even for small crews. This well-rounded overall package secured the Bavaria C46 the title “European Yacht of the Year 2024” in the Family Cruiser category. Very young and extensively equipped owner’s yacht sold by her first owner (the yacht has never been chartered). The Bavaria C46 has seen very little use and is in virtually as-new condition. Stored indoors every winter and subject to continuous technical maintenance and professional care. Complete specification including in-mast furling, electric genoa furling, four electric winches, retractable bow and stern thrusters, lithium service battery bank, engine upgrade YANMAR 80 hp, B&G navigation electronics with three chart plotters, etc. 3-cabin layout with luxurious owner’s cabin forward and bright, welcoming oak interior (Bavaria C46 interior layout: A1/B1/C1/D1 with design package). The yacht is stored in our showroom in the Baltic Bay Marina on the Kiel Fjord and can be viewed any time by prior appointment.
