1995 Hallberg-Rassy 31

This is a 1995 example of the ever-popular Hallberg Rassy 31, hull number 75. Tern III has a 2017 engine, moulded non skid decks and full inventory. Her full furling rig makes her extremely easy to short handed sail. She has obviously been extremely well cared for and presents in very good condition. The forward cabin has a v berth with infill to make a double. The saloon has two settee berths with folding leaf table between. The galley is to port with a Nelson two burner gas cooker with grill and oven, top loading fridge, one and a half stainless steel sinks and plenty of stowage. The forward facing chart table is opposite the galley to starboard – this has the full electrical panels and navigation equipment plus chart storage and drawers. The heads compartment is aft of the chart table and has a Jabsco marine toilet with 20 litre holding tank plus sink and shower. Pressurised hot and cold fresh water system with a 190 litre tank.
