This Southerly 100 was built in 1987 by Northshore and has been in her present ownership for 14 years. They are a go-anywhere cruiser with a swing keel for shallow waters and confident offshore performance. Spacious, sturdy, and easy to handle. The L shaped galley is to port and has hot and cold pressurised fresh water supply to the twin stainless steel sinks, two burner gas cooker with grill and oven, refrigerator, and loads of stowage. In the port aft quarter, there is a spacious single berth. The separate heads compartment is to starboard and has a manual marine toilet. Hand basin and shower. Curtains to all hull ports. Patterned cloth upholstery. Located behind the companionway stairs is the 2001 Yanmar 3GM30F, a regularly serviced marine diesel engine. This boasts a 100 litre capacity stainless steel fuel tank.
