The O'Day 35 Is the 34 but has an extended stern platform and ladder, two cabins, and could make a nice live aboard. The seller is the second owner and has owned it since 2001. They have sailed the boat on a local 10,000-acre freshwater lake. Based on the information provided, the previous owner has sailed to the Islands, added air conditioning and converted one of the two ice boxes into a refrigerator. The head has a shower and flushable toilet. You can accommodate 6 to 8 overnight guests with the two convertible settees and the aft berth. The bow has an anchor locker with anchor and a spare anchor is included. There are cockpit cushions, a dodger, bimini, and full canvas cockpit enclosure. The sails are original and have been refurbished once in 2002. They are stiff and well-suited for lake sailing. If it is your intent to race or island hop, you may want to replace them.
