This particular boat comes with a centerboard keel which allows you to get into any shallow spot you want. Only 4' 3" is needed to move this boat. Another feature of this boat is the solid rigging, for more reliability and easy service. Also, this boat comes with an extra pole for an extra sail if you want. Currently this Pearson has solar panels and a 1,000w inverter to power the cabin while on the way. Also, there is a digital autohelm unit as well as windvane for keeping your heading while on a long trip. At the cockpit, a full bimini and dodger provide lots of protection from the elements. All of the electronics are in the line of sight and you could operate all your lines from back here, as well as the centerboard. The cabin is one of the most comfortable layouts you'll ever meet.
