Custom built for her current owner, launched in the Spring of 2018, and used almost exclusively for day-sailing during the summer months in and around Sardinia, MY SPACE shares the same hull design as the rocket-ship Mylius 60FD but with a more cruising-orientated cockpit and saloon arrangement. Her raised saloon allows her engine and mechanical systems to be moved below floor level, lowering and centralising her centre of gravity while also increasing usable interior accommodation space. Configured for effortless short-handed sailing, MY SPACE has a push-button in-boom furling and jib furling rig along with furling Code 0 for off wind sailing. Easily handed from her twin helm positions aft, her guest cockpit area is left free of ropes and clutter and is the ideal place for friends and family to relax in safety and comfort. Constructed in carbon epoxy sandwich, MY SPACE has an incredibly light displacement of just over 20 tonnes along with a form stability designed to minimise heal under sail, further increasing cruising comfort.
