2017 Beneteau Oceanis

The Beneteau Oceanis 41.1 is generally well-regarded as a comfortable and easy-to-sail cruiser with a spacious interior and large cockpit. It features a modern design with a setback rig for balanced performance and a semi-chine hull for stability, making it a good choice for cruising couples or families. Positive aspects include a large, hydraulic swim platform, twin helm stations, and an uncluttered cockpit thanks to the arch-mounted mainsheet. Orion is a 2017 Beneteau Oceanis 41.1 shoal draft, located in Sint Maarten. She is a 3 cabin, 2 head model, Yanmar 45 HP motor, and is kept solely for the owner's personal use. Dual helms, spacious cockpit with table and boom above arch.  Electric swim platform at stern for easy access.  New oversized bimini to provide protection from the tropical sun.  Over the past 2 years the boat has undergone significant upgrades to install new and upgraded items on the yacht.  Owner lives on the West Coast USA and wants Orion sold. Yacht is free and clear. Yanmar model 4JH57, 45HP recently serviced by Yanmar dealer.  New filters, oil change, coolant added, and new impeller.  550 Hours approximately (original motor, runs perfectly) The following items have been professionally installed and are new/never used on Orion: Mast, boom, vang, roller furling, turning blocks at mast,, lifelines, windlass, anchor, chain, rode. Mainsail (Neil Pryde OEM) and Jib are new, never used. Bimini frame, bimini cover, spray dodger, cockpit cushions and covers. Standing rigging and running rigging new, winches have been serviced Anchor light and mast running light Electronics (Raymarine chart plotter, wind/depthspeed, autopilot ram and controls Radio with AIS handheld and fixed.  Sony stereo Offshore compasses in cockpit (2) Main Electrical panel (OEM), new additional 12 volt fuse blocks added. Converted to 110V 400 Watts of solar and controller New 110 AC circuit breakers and panel 1 Starting, 2 house batteries new Many new relays, fuses, etc. to u Toilet macerator pumps (2 Jabsco OEM) Pressure water pump and deck wash down pump Bilge pumps (2) plus manual whale pump all new Shower lav, shower head/valve, kitchen sink valve replaced with high quality fixtures Oven, 2 burner, never used. (OEM)  Additional 110 v circuits and USB outlets added. 110V  Custom mattresses and fitted sheets Salon cushions and covers new (white) Hypalon dinghy and new, never used, Mercury outboard. Much misc has also been included: Emergency tools, first aid kit, life jackets, misc. dishes, dock fenders, horseshoe life ring, etc. Owners manual, equipment manuals, available on yacht. The boat was upgraded to modernize Orion and to replace items stolen in the off -season.  Boat looks new, and really needs nothing other than personal touches.
