2009 Admiral / Celtic 40 Catamaran Perfect for short-handed or even single-handed use. Stable in all conditions. Admiral 40 Executive, designed by Angelo Lavranos. This catamaran for sale has three cabins with double berths, and 2 heads with separate showers. The Owner’s suite features a master stateroom, desk/vanity, and large private head. The suite occupies the starboard hull, while the double guest cabins and the second head are in the port hull. Time Out has only had two owners and has never been in charter. Note: Admiral Yachts is now known as Celtic Yachts. The starboard hull includes the owner’s cabin and features 4 full-length lockers, a vanity table with a mirror, and a large private shower. The owner's head has a large shower with a sit-in bath. The cabin boasts extra-large lockers, providing more than the usual amount of storage space. It also contains dedicated A/C. The port hull houses two double cabins with a shared head and shower. Both cabins on the port side feature A/C. The kitchen includes a front-loading refrigerator and freezer, a stove with three burners, a double sink, and plenty of counter space. The saloon is spacious with beautiful African Antelope leather cushions at the dining table, which can be converted to an extra bed. In addition to standard equipment, the catamaran has a Schenker water maker, AC, a new Raymarine navigation suite, and radar (installed in 2016). A new dingy and Mercury outboard engine (15hp) were also added in 2016, along with a life raft in 2017. Aft awnings were added in 2017 as well, allowing the cockpit to be completely enclosed.
