2006 Hanse 315

2006 Hanse 315, originally commissioned onto Windermere and based near Barrow in Furness since 2016 where she has been stored ashore each winter. The Hanse 315 is an easily managed cruiser with good sailing performance. Comfortable accommodation for up to 6 with a quality feel to the finish. The boat has been regularly used and has benefited from regular maintenance, including new Jib, Genoa and Cruising Chute. New binnacle instrument pod with plotter fitted in 2019, new autopilot fitted 2020 among many other items. GRP construction with shallow draft bulb keel (1.40m draft) and spade rudder with wheel steering. The hull was professionally Copper Coated in 2016 and re-coated in 2022. Teak decks and cockpit. Powered by a Yanmar 3YM20 21hp inboard diesel with saildrive. Seals changed in 2018. 2 bladed folding propeller new in 2022. A bank of 3 x 12V batteries supply engine start and service power, these charging via the engine or a shore power battery charger. The engine has been serviced annually. The separate heads has a sea toilet with holding tank, sink and shower. Shore power power outlets and Webasto cabin heating fitted.
