Solid, seaworthy centre cockpit yacht from the prestigious Swedish yard Hallberg-Rassy, built on the boatbuilding island of Orust. The Hallberg-Rassy 37 is a proven, safe cruising yacht, ideally suited for long-distance passages with a small crew. Her deep centre cockpit with fixed windscreen and high, comfortable coaming provides excellent protection, while the wide, uncluttered running decks allow safe and easy movement on board, even in heavy weather. Designed by the acclaimed Argentine naval architect Germán Frers and built under the supervision of Germanischer Lloyd (GL), the Hallberg-Rassy 37 embodies the yard’s hallmark craftsmanship. The quality of the GRP lay-up, the flawless joinery, and the meticulous technical installations are all of the highest order – as one would expect from this legendary builder on Sweden’s west coast. This is a second-owner yacht in the sought-after two-cabin layout, featuring a classic Scandinavian interior finished in satin-varnished Khaya mahogany. The spacious, light-filled owner’s cabin spans the full beam aft, with a generous double berth and an additional single berth. The saloon offers a U-shaped galley to port and a large, well-appointed chart table to starboard in the passageway to the aft cabin. She is still fitted with the more powerful YANMAR 4-cylinder inboard diesel with shaft drive. Her comprehensive specification includes in-mast furling, teak decks, bow thruster, and a full suite of navigation electronics.
