The starboard side of the engine can be accessed by a panel in one of the galley cupboards. Direct drive to a “Flexoprop” folding propellor (fitted 2022). There is a rope cutter onboard for the propellor shaft, it is not currently fitted. New “dripless” gland fitted to propellor shaft 2024 4 x 140 amp/hr domestic batteries 1 x 95 amp/hr bow thruster battery Two fixed fans in forward cabin One 240v portable AC unit secured in aft cabin Android pad using Navionics charts with wi-fi link to AIS. Fixing on cockpit console. Hydraulic auto pilot. Control at navigation station and cockpit console. Gas detector alarm mounted beneath cooker, on/off switch beneath cooker. All hoses and regulator changed this year (2024). 6 man life raft. Next service due 05/2026 3 fire extinguishers. Renewed 2023 4 lifejackets hydrostatic releases renewed 2023 Vessel was first registered in France by the original owner. We bought the boat in 2016 from the original owner and initially registered in Malta. Our home country. 5 years ago we registered it in Belgium as this was cheaper. After 5 years the Belgium authority changed the rules and required Belgium residence.
