1998 Dufour 32 Classic
Falmouth
$37,821
Native price £29,500
The Dufour 32 Classic, built by Dufour Yachts, is a well-regarded family cruiser that is often compared favourably with yachts such as the Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 32 and Beneteau Oceanis 311. She combines sensible performance with good seakeeping, while her clean lines and practical layout continue to appeal to cruising sailors. This example is fitted with a shoal keel, giving a draft of 1.25 metres. As a result, she is particularly well suited to coastal cruising, drying harbours, and exploring areas such as the Scilly Isles. Under sail, the Dufour 32 Classic is known for being balanced, predictable, and easy to handle. Below deck, the layout is practical and comfortable for family cruising or weekends aboard. The design makes good use of space, offering a welcoming interior that works well for short breaks or longer coastal trips. A mooring on the Percuil River may also be available, which adds further appeal for buyers looking to base the yacht locally. Manufacturer Provided Description The Dufour 32 Classic is a real cruising yacht, strong, fast and comfortable developed by Dufour from a J & J Design. Her lines, with a well-balanced hull make her an elegant performer. The wide side decks make it easy for the crew to manouver and circulate. Her ergonomic cockpit, careful selection of high-quality deck fittings and rigging and Dufour's customized boat building flair are all evident in the 32 Classic. And Classic describes the attention to detail and superior solid mahogany wood work found throughout the interior, crafted in an ageless design and unequalled in any yacht of similar size or class.
