Up in the forecabin, there are two single berths with stowage underneath and deck opening hatch. Full width heads compartment with a Jabsco marine toilet. Large hanging locker opposite. In the saloon there are two single settee berths. Aft facing chart table in the starboard quarter with the electrical distribution panel and navigation equipment. Opposite in the port quarter is the small galley with a basin, manually pumped water supply, and a two burner Origo hob. Blue upholstery. Curtains. Bengco charcoal cabin heater. Located under the companionway is the Beta Marine diesel engine fitted new in 2017. 25hp, 3 cylinders, naturally aspirated. Fresh water cooled via a heat exchanger. Single lever controls. Electric start. Shaft drive to a fixed 3 bladed propeller. Blackjack style stern gland changed 2 years ago. Annually serviced. Approximately 202 engine hours. Stainless steel fuel tank, with an approximate 40litre capacity. Masthead rigged Bermudan sloop. Deck stepped wooden mast and boom. Stain;ess steel standing rigging (age unknown). Terylene running rigging (various ages). Slab reefing mainsail system. Plastimo headsail furling system. Two sheet winches. Halyard winches on the mast. Mainsail / Dacron Furling genoa / Suffolk Sails / Dacron / 2016 Built by D.Cheverton & Partners Ltd in 1962 to their own design. Strip plank Mahogany hull planking. Oak frames. Sheathed plywood decks with a painted non-slip surface. Long tradition keel with a cast iron ballast keel with galvanised keel bolts. Tiller steering to a keel hung rudder. Last surveyed in 2017.
